We are seeking a Management Trainee to work within our corrugated facility located in Salinas, CA

A typical day in the life of a Manager in Training is spent learning about People, Processes, Prevention, and Performance. These are the processes that go into making our product safely, within quality parameters, and at a cost that is market competitive. The Manager in Training will rotate through functions, typically spending six months to a year in each, to allow exposure to various areas of the business. The intent is to identify an area of the business that will engage the individual in their career aspirations.

Education Requirements:
• College degree in 2021 or upcoming degree in 2022
• Either major or minor in packaging engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, industrial technology, packaging technology, packaging science, business, environmental science, supply chain management, applied engineering, mechanical engineering, or related.
• Corrugated packaging or related student internship or co-op experience a plus
