Perform duties required to support the Customer Order Parts Value Stream - working closely with Engineering, Marketing, Vendors and Supply Chain Professionals regarding the design and development of automatic machinery replacement parts for sale to our customers. Essential Functions: Provide support to Inside Sales (worldwide), Quote Response Team, and Rapid Response Team.  Perform research and development of service parts in collaboration with Engineering team. Analyze returned parts from customers. Develop detailed information to support the development of marketing tools to promote the sale of parts. Work with the Rapid Response and Quote Response Team to develop systems/processes to i
