As a trainee this team member will be responsible for completing training assignments, aiding in multiple departments as directed, work within the Green Bay Packaging system to provide analytic support, assist in the development of retail experience showcase, and provide technical support to our Design Department. Once the training program is completed, it is our expectation that this team member would become a Sales Representative for the Chicago Division.
As a Sales Representative they will be responsible for continuous growth of customer base and revenue by prospecting, closing sales, and maintaining current customer relationships. Expect a combination of outside sales calls and in office project management, working directly with Sales Manager and General Manager. This role requires good communication, organization, and project management skills to succeed.
The Chicago Division recently relocated to a brand-new facility in Downers Grove, IL. This location features a state-of-the-art Design Department, In-Store Retail Experience, modern office environment, and warehousing and distribution facilities.
Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills along with the ability to work closely with internal and external customers.
